DIGITAL INBOUND · WEBSITE MIGRATIONS

Turn your Squarespace site into a clearer service journey.

Rebuild your business website with your brand, service content, and SEO in mind, then develop toward AI that helps customers explore and book.

Bring your brand and your services together.

A Squarespace migration is a chance to review how your website presents the business and helps customers choose a service. We begin with your brand, existing content, and URLs, then rebuild around clear service pages and SEO. Our direction is to bring AI into that experience so customers can explore their options and complete a booking within the interface.

Carry your business identity forward

Use your existing branding, imagery, and useful content as inputs to the rebuild, with decisions about presentation made alongside the customer journey.

Give services room to explain themselves

Create clear pages for what you offer, who it helps, and how to take the next step. Organize those details to support both customer understanding and discovery.

Plan a more useful booking journey

Review the steps between interest and an appointment, with a future direction toward AI guidance and booking directly through the website interface.

Built for AI discovery

Make business services easier to find and understand.

We build for a web where customers use AI assistants to research services and find businesses. Clear, accessible service information gives those systems useful material to work with.

An AI first website starts with clear information.

  • Public service pages with readable content and clear internal links.
  • Consistent business details, locations, and answers to customer questions.
  • Structured data that matches the information on the page.
  • Careful handling of URLs, redirects, sitemaps, and search crawler access.

These are the foundations we improve during a migration to support visibility in search and AI-assisted discovery.

The Squarespace migration plan.

Start with the existing website, strengthen its search foundations, and create room for AI to become part of the customer experience.

  1. Map your content and customer journey

Review Squarespace pages, URLs, imagery, forms, and scheduling links. Identify the brand elements and service information that should guide the new site.

  2. Rebuild pages and preserve routes

Create the new service pages and navigation with SEO in mind. Retain appropriate URLs and prepare relevant redirects wherever page addresses change.

  3. Connect the next phase

Agree how enquiries and scheduling should work, then plan any business-tool connections and future AI service discovery or booking integrations.

From AI discovery to direct booking.

Our first phase is SEO, website building, and migration. The direction is a fully AI integrated website where customers can describe their needs, find the right service, ask questions, and confirm a booking in the same interface. We also plan custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections so customers’ AI agents can check availability and book services directly. The migration creates the foundation for those experiences.

Migration questions.

Can the new site retain my existing brand?

The rebuild can use your existing brand direction and appropriate content or assets. We review what should carry over and what needs a fresh treatment, then agree the design scope before implementation.

Does Squarespace need to be replaced to appear in AI answers?

No. A Squarespace site can already be discoverable. The reason to rebuild is to support your specific service content, SEO, and customer experience goals. A new platform by itself does not guarantee mentions or recommendations from AI assistants.

What happens to my existing scheduling service?

We review the scheduling service, account access, and current booking flow as part of the migration scope. The plan sets out how customers will book at launch and what further integration is needed for a future AI experience within the site.
